It’s incredibly hard to put into words the gratitude I have for Susie and Susan. I’ve had the pleasure of being employed with HCA on and off since 2012. I say “on and off” because they’ve always given … More me the flexibility to work part-time when needed and full-time when needed, which truly made life, stability, and personal growth possible for me.
Over the years, I’ve gained so much valuable experience as a personal caregiver and have had opportunities I never would have imagined while caring for such wonderful clients. Susie genuinely cares about her employees. She is kind, generous, supportive, and incredibly down-to-earth.
The opportunities for growth within the company are immense. I personally started as an hourly caregiver and live-in caregiver, then had the opportunity to become a care manager. Now, I have the privilege of supporting clients, caregivers, and care managers in my role as a transitional care coordinator.
I will always be grateful to Susie for helping support my daughter and me through so many stages of life since I was 21 years old. Thank you for every opportunity, every lesson, and all the knowledge you’ve shared with me over the years. I truly credit you for so many of my successes.

They helped me navigate the filing process with long term care insurance and quickly responded to all questions that came up which definitely helped with qualification. They have been prompt in providing well trained caregivers for the shifts we need and are always able to offer someone to cover should a caregiver become unavailable due to illness or emergency - this is important when you are depending on that coverage due to your own schedule; just one less worry.
