They helped me navigate the filing process with long term care insurance and quickly responded to all questions that came up which definitely helped with qualification. They have been prompt in providing well trained caregivers for the shifts we need and are always able to offer someone to cover should a caregiver become unavailable due to illness or emergency - this is important when you are depending on that coverage due to your own schedule; just one less worry.
