They're good at keeping in touch with our needs. Having someone at Mother's house to assist her and driving her and meal preparation has been great for her. I'm a local financial advisor and help with the company's 401(k) plan. I know the owners and some of the executive employees and they're all great. Home Care Assistance is the best agency by far that my family has hired. Employees arrive on time and take care of what is needed. They are friendly and aim to please.
The staff is flexible and strive โฆ More to meet client needs. They will notify the client of any staffing changes and attempt to fill any void that occurs due to employee illness, emergencies, or things beyond one's control.
I only had one employee who cooked a nice meal then put the food in the refrigerator without covering it. I did not discover this until the next day. The food was dried out.

The Home Care Assistance staff has been wonderful with my mother! I am so impressed with everyone we have met. Home Care Assistance has been super helpful in the last year we have been working with them. It has been easy to get hold of anyone I've needed, like with billing questions or speaking with a care โฆ More manager; calls are always returned in a timely manner. They helped me navigate the filing process with long term care insurance and quickly responded to all questions that came up which definitely helped with qualification. They have been prompt in providing well trained caregivers for the shifts we need and are always able to offer someone to cover should a caregiver become unavailable due to illness or emergency - this is important when you are depending on that coverage due to your own schedule; just one less worry. If you are in need of home care for a friend or family member, I recommend you give them a call.

We have been clients of Home Care Assistance in Albuquerque some four and half years- first for my husband after rehab for his stroke and then a year later for both of us when I became very ill. Your โฆ More care givers were also here for me after successively breaking both my hips.
We would recommend Home Care Assistance in Albuquerque to others with similar needs. The care givers have been reliable and competent. they are pleasant and patient. There have been very few problems. Of our current set of care givers, four have been with us for at least two years and we are very fond of them. -
Being new to New Mexico, and needing a knee replacement, I found Home Care Assistance of Albuquerque, read the reviews and met with Brad. I was very pleased with the services, and so I had HCA help me โฆ More through a tough post-operative period of time. The personnel are all kind, knowledgeable and highly competent. Alyssa, my case manager was always on top of things, and I am particularly thankful for Claudia and Adrianna, the caregivers who helped me daily.
