There have been very few problems. Of our current set of care givers, four have been with us for at least two years and we are very fond of them. -

Would give them a 5 or 6 star rating; however, work with the management to be sure the helper they send knows how to properly … More hand-wash dishes, load a dishwasher properly, and knows how to clean the lint catcher in the dryer. Also, our helpers had delightful, engaging personalities though at least one spent too much time on their phone under the guise of communicating with the office.
